Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Dovee AI ("Dovee," "we," "our," "us") and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. The AUP exists to keep Dovee a safe, supportive, lawful space for the people who use it. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and — in serious cases — referral to law enforcement.

Dovee is designed for couples, but each partner has a private space. The following are violations of this AUP:

If a partner is using Dovee or any technology to control, surveil, or harm you, that is a form of abuse. You are not alone — see crisis resources below.

To report a violation of this AUP, harassment by another user, or content of concern, email hello@dovee.ai. We review all reports and respond within 72 hours for serious violations. Reports involving imminent danger are escalated immediately.

9. Enforcement

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions, with or without notice:

The severity of the action will depend on the nature of the violation, whether it is a first or repeated offense, the impact on others, and the user's intent. Serious violations — including content involving minors, threats of violence, or fraud — will result in immediate, permanent termination.

10. Appeals

If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by emailing hello@dovee.ai within 30 days of the action. Include your account email and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review and respond within 14 days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
